Cal/OSHA is gathering more information to determine the work-relatedness of this event and whether to conduct an inspection, the agency said in an emailed statement Thursday morning. A man in his 50s has died after being crushed by a fibreglass pool at work. An employee in the changing room heard the event, ran out to investigate, shut down the machine and called emergency medical services.
