345 Nitrogen, refrigerated liquid (cryogenic liquid), UN1977 transported in open cryogenic receptacles with a maximum capacity of 1 L are not subject to the requirements of this subchapter. 70 Black powder that has been classed in accordance with the requirements of 173.56 of this subchapter may be reclassed and offered for domestic transportation as a Division 4.1 material if it is offered for transportation and transported in accordance with the limitations and packaging requirements of 173.170 of this subchapter. All special provision Lead compounds that have a solubility of 5% or less in accordance with this special provision are not subject to the requirements of this subchapter that pertain to Marine Pollutants.
